A small team where good work gets noticed.

Dirt Works is building more than finished grades and stable sites. Jordan and Darian are building a company where dependable people can develop real skill, take pride in the result, and know their contribution matters.

We are looking for people who care how the work gets done.

Experience matters, but so do judgment, reliability, humility, safety awareness, and the discipline to finish a task correctly. Every crew member represents Dirt Works on the property.

The standard on site

Work hard. Think ahead. Own the outcome.

The right teammate understands that professional earthwork depends on both production and care.

Think before moving dirt

Understand the plan, the grade, the equipment, and what the next trade needs.

03

Respect the crew and property

Communicate clearly and treat clients, teammates, neighbors, and job sites professionally.

04

Finish with pride

Take responsibility for quality instead of assuming someone else will correct the details.
