Every company has a story. Ours begins with a simple belief: if you're going to build something that lasts, it starts with doing the groundwork right.
Before founding Dirt Works, Jordan DeLima spent years working in landscaping, excavation, heavy equipment operation, and high-end residential construction across Oʻahu. Those years in the field taught him that every successful project begins long before the concrete is poured or the structure is built. It starts with proper site preparation, careful planning, and taking pride in doing the job the right way.
After years of helping build projects for others, he decided it was time to build something of his own. What began as a vision has grown into a family-owned business dedicated to providing dependable excavation, grading, utility installation, drainage, and site preparation services throughout Hawaiʻi.
Today, Dirt Works is built on the same values that inspired it from day one — honesty, craftsmanship, reliability, and treating every project with the same level of care and attention as if it were our own.
